Spring at Fritz Farm, Baie d’Urfie is a beautiful time. Before the trees have blossomed with new leaves, their smooth bark stands silver in the morning sun. That is when a carpet of Bluebells erupts in full splendour across the forest floor, surrounding the walking path with a riot of colour.
